Seared Salmon with Garlic Green Beans and Brown Rice
Pan-seared salmon served with garlic-sauteed green beans and fluffy brown rice, finished with a squeeze of zesty lemon.
INGREDIENTS
7.5 oz Wild Salmon Fillet
0.5 cup Cooked Brown Rice
1 cup Fresh Green Beans
1 tsp Olive Oil
1 clove Garlic
PREPARATION
Pat the salmon dry and season with a pinch of sea salt and black pepper.
Heat half of the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Sear the salmon skin-side down for 4 minutes until the skin is perfectly crisp.
Flip and cook for 2-3 more minutes, then remove from the pan.
In the same pan, add the remaining oil and minced garlic, sautéing until fragrant.
Toss in the green beans with a tablespoon of water and cover to steam briefly.
Sauté the beans for 2 minutes until tender-crisp.
Plate the salmon with the garlic beans and warm brown rice.
