0.5 cup Fresh Blueberries
0.5 cup Sliced Strawberries
20g Sliced Almonds
15g Raw Honey
3g Chia Seeds
PREPARATION
Wash the blueberries and strawberries, then slice the strawberries into thin, bite-sized pieces.
Place the sliced almonds in a small dry skillet over medium heat and toast for 2-3 minutes until golden and fragrant.
Spoon half of the Greek yogurt into the bottom of a glass or small bowl.
Layer half of the blueberries and sliced strawberries over the yogurt.
Add the remaining Greek yogurt as the next layer.
Top with the rest of the fresh berries, the toasted almonds, and a sprinkle of chia seeds.
