In a medium mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, egg, half of the grated parmesan, garlic powder, sea salt, black pepper, and dried oregano.
Mix the ingredients thoroughly using a spatula or your hands until a uniform, tacky paste forms.
Transfer the chicken mixture to the prepared baking sheet and press it down into a rectangle approximately 1/2 inch thick.
Bake for 15 to 18 minutes until the base is firm to the touch and the edges start to turn golden brown.
While the base bakes, mince the fresh garlic clove and whisk it into the olive oil in a small bowl.
Remove the sheet from the oven, brush the garlic oil evenly over the top, and sprinkle with the remaining parmesan cheese.
Slice the rectangle into long strips and return to the oven for an additional 3 to 5 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
