While the turkey cooks, wash and pat dry the butter lettuce leaves to ensure they stay crisp.
To assemble, place each turkey patty inside two stacked lettuce leaves, then top with tomato slices, sliced avocado, diced red onion, and a smear of Dijon mustard.
