INGREDIENTS
1 cup Non-fat Plain Greek Yogurt
0.5 scoop Chocolate Whey Protein Powder
100g Fresh Strawberries, sliced
50g Fresh Blueberries
1 tbsp Hemp Hearts
1 tsp Cacao Nibs
1 tbsp Unsweetened Almond Milk
PREPARATION
Place the Greek yogurt in a small mixing bowl and add the chocolate protein powder and unsweetened almond milk.
Whisk the mixture vigorously with a spoon or small whisk until the protein powder is completely dissolved and the yogurt is light and fluffy.
Wash and slice the strawberries into thin pieces.
In a glass or mason jar, spoon in half of the chocolate yogurt mixture to form the base layer.
Add a layer of sliced strawberries, blueberries, and the hemp hearts.
Add the remaining chocolate yogurt mixture on top of the fruit layer.
