INGREDIENTS
280g Non-fat Plain Greek Yogurt
22g Almond Granola
100g Mixed Berries (Strawberries and Blueberries)
10g Sliced Almonds
7g Raw Honey
PREPARATION
Rinse the mixed berries under cold water and pat them dry with a paper towel.
In a tall glass or a breakfast bowl, spoon in half of the non-fat Greek yogurt to form the base layer.
Add half of the mixed berries and half of the almond granola over the yogurt layer.
Add the remaining Greek yogurt on top, smoothing it out with the back of a spoon.
Top with the rest of the berries and the remaining crunchy granola.
Finish the parfait by sprinkling the sliced almonds over the top and drizzling with the raw honey.
