Preheat your oven to 300°F and line a large baking sheet with aluminum foil.
In a small ramekin, stir together the smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, sea salt, and black pepper to create a dry rub.
Pat the ribs dry with a paper towel and rub the spice mixture thoroughly into both sides of the meat.
Wrap the ribs tightly in foil, place them on the baking sheet, and bake for 2 hours until the meat is tender and easily pierced with a fork.
While the ribs cook, whisk the tomato paste, honey, and apple cider vinegar together in a small bowl until smooth.
Carefully open the foil packet, brush the honey-tomato glaze over the top of the ribs, and arrange the broccoli florets around the meat.
Drizzle the broccoli with avocado oil and return the pan to the oven under a high broil for 4-6 minutes.
Remove once the glaze is bubbling and the broccoli edges are crisp-charred, then let the ribs rest for 5 minutes before serving.
