PREPARATION
In a small mixing bowl, combine the nonfat Greek yogurt and vanilla protein powder.
Whisk vigorously until the powder is fully incorporated and the mixture is light and fluffy.
Select a glass or mason jar and place half of the yogurt mixture at the bottom.
Add a layer of half the mixed berries over the yogurt.
Spoon the remaining yogurt mixture on top of the berries.
Top with the rest of the mixed berries.
