INGREDIENTS
1 cup Non-fat Greek Yogurt
20 grams Vanilla Whey Protein Powder
1 cup Mixed Berries
15 grams Sliced Almonds
PREPARATION
Place the Greek yogurt in a small mixing bowl and whisk in the protein powder until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy.
Wash and pat the mixed berries dry if using fresh fruit.
In a tall glass or mason jar, spoon in half of the protein yogurt mixture to form the base layer.
Add half of the mixed berries on top of the yogurt layer.
Spoon the remaining yogurt mixture over the berries.
Top with the remaining berries and finish by sprinkling the sliced almonds over the top for a toasted texture.
