PREPARATION
Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Trim the woody ends off the asparagus and place them on one side of the baking sheet.
Drizzle 1 teaspoon of olive oil over the asparagus and sprinkle with a pinch of salt and pepper.
In a small bowl, mix the almond flour, dried parsley, garlic powder, remaining salt, and remaining pepper.
Place the salmon fillet on the other side of the baking sheet and brush with the remaining teaspoon of olive oil and lemon juice.
Press the almond-herb mixture firmly onto the top of the salmon to create an even crust.
Roast for 12-15 minutes until the salmon is flaky and the crust is golden brown.
