PREPARATION
Place the non-fat Greek yogurt in a small mixing bowl.
Add the vanilla whey protein isolate to the yogurt and whisk vigorously until the mixture is smooth and fluffy.
Spoon half of the protein-yogurt mixture into the bottom of a glass or parfait jar.
Layer half of the mixed berries over the yogurt base.
Add the remaining yogurt mixture on top of the berry layer.
Finish by adding the rest of the mixed berries.
Drizzle the almond butter over the top of the parfait, warming it slightly first if a thinner consistency is desired.
