PREPARATION
Heat olive oil in a large cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the diced potatoes and cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally until golden and tender.
Push potatoes to the side and add the ground turkey, breaking it up with a spatula.
Stir in the diced onions, bell peppers, sea salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, and garlic powder.
Cook until the turkey is browned and vegetables are soft, about 5-7 minutes.
