5 ounces Salmon Fillet
1 cup Broccoli Florets
1 cup Cauliflower Florets

PREPARATION
Place cauliflower florets and minced garlic in a steamer basket over boiling water and cook for 10-12 minutes until very soft.
Add broccoli florets to the steamer during the last 5 minutes of cooking until tender-crisp and bright green.
While vegetables steam, pat the salmon dry with a paper towel and season both sides with salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
