200g Non-fat Greek Yogurt
15g Whey Protein Isolate
0.75 cup Mixed Berries
2.5 tbsp Sliced Almonds
1 tsp Honey
PREPARATION
In a small mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and whey protein isolate, whisking vigorously until the mixture is completely smooth and no clumps remain.
Place a small skillet over medium heat and add the sliced almonds, tossing frequently for 2-3 minutes until they are fragrant and lightly toasted.
Select a tall glass or mason jar and spoon half of the protein-fortified yogurt into the bottom.
Add a layer of half the mixed berries over the yogurt.
Repeat the process with the remaining yogurt mixture and the rest of the berries.
Finish the parfait by sprinkling the toasted almonds over the top and drizzling with the honey.
