Pan-seared wild salmon served over creamy garlic cauliflower mash with crisp-tender steamed green beans, finished with a squeeze of zesty lemon.
INGREDIENTS
9 ounces Wild Salmon Fillet
1.5 cups Cauliflower florets
1 cup Green beans
1 teaspoon Olive oil
1 clove Garlic
1 tablespoon Unsweetened almond milk
PREPARATION
Bring a pot of water to a boil with a steamer basket.

Add green beans to the steamer during the last 5 minutes of cooking until they are crisp-tender.
Remove cauliflower and place in a food processor or bowl; add minced garlic and almond milk, then blend until smooth and creamy.
Pat the salmon fillet dry with a paper towel and season with salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
Place salmon in the pan skin-side down and sear for 4-5 minutes until the skin is crispy.
Flip the salmon and cook for another 3-4 minutes until desired doneness is reached.
Serve the seared salmon over the cauliflower mash with green beans on the side.
