PREPARATION
Bring 1 cup of water to a boil in a small saucepan over medium-high heat.
Add the rolled oats and a pinch of salt, then reduce the heat to low and simmer, stirring occasionally, until the liquid is fully absorbed.
Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the chia seeds, letting them sit for 2 minutes to expand and thicken the oats.
