Lean Beef Mince Stir Fry with Steamed Rice
Sautéed lean beef mince with ginger, garlic, and crisp snap peas, served over fluffy steamed rice with a drizzle of toasted sesame oil.
INGREDIENTS
180g Lean Beef Mince (95/5)
1/2 cup Cooked White Rice
50g Sliced Red Bell Pepper
50g Sugar Snap Peas
1 tbsp Coconut Aminos
1 tsp Toasted Sesame Oil
1 tsp Grated Fresh Ginger
1 clove Minced Garlic
PREPARATION
Prepare the white rice according to package directions and measure out 1/2 cup of the cooked rice.
Heat a large non-stick skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
Add the lean beef mince to the skillet, breaking it up with a wooden spoon or spatula until browned and cooked through.
Stir in the minced garlic and grated ginger, cooking for about 60 seconds until the aroma is released.
Add the sliced red bell peppers and sugar snap peas to the pan, sautéing for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
Pour in the coconut aminos and toasted sesame oil, tossing everything together to ensure the beef and vegetables are evenly glazed.
Serve the beef stir fry immediately over the warm steamed rice.
