0.5 cup Mixed Berries
1 tbsp Hemp Hearts
1 tbsp Slivered Almonds
PREPARATION
Place the Greek yogurt in a small mixing bowl and add the vanilla protein powder.
Whisk vigorously until the powder is fully incorporated and the mixture is completely smooth.
Wash the mixed berries and pat them dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
In a parfait glass or mason jar, spoon in half of the protein-yogurt mixture.
Add a layer of half the mixed berries over the yogurt.
Add the remaining yogurt mixture and top with the rest of the berries.
