150g Non-fat Plain Greek Yogurt
100g Mixed Berries (Strawberries, Blueberries, Raspberries)
35g Low-sugar Protein Granola
PREPARATION
Thoroughly wash the fresh berries and pat them dry with a paper towel to prevent the yogurt from becoming watery.
In a clear glass or small bowl, spoon in half of the non-fat Greek yogurt to create an even base layer.
