0.75 cup Mixed Berries
1.2 tablespoons Hemp Hearts
1 tablespoon Sliced Almonds
PREPARATION
In a small mixing bowl, combine the non-fat Greek yogurt and the vanilla protein powder.
Whisk the mixture vigorously until the powder is fully incorporated and the yogurt is smooth and fluffy.
Rinse the mixed berries and pat them dry with a paper towel, slicing any large strawberries into halves or quarters.
Using a clear glass or mason jar, spoon half of the protein-yogurt mixture into the bottom.
Add a layer of half the mixed berries on top of the yogurt.
Repeat the process by adding the remaining yogurt mixture and then the remaining berries.
Garnish the top of the parfait with hemp hearts and sliced almonds for a nutty, toasted finish.
