PREPARATION
In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt and vanilla protein powder until the mixture is completely smooth and fluffy.
Wash the mixed berries and pat them dry with a paper towel, slicing any larger strawberries into bite-sized pieces.
Using a tall glass or mason jar, layer half of the protein-infused yogurt at the bottom.
