PREPARATION
In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the non-fat Greek yogurt and vanilla protein powder until the mixture is completely smooth and the powder is fully incorporated.
Rinse the mixed berries under cold water and pat them dry with a clean towel to ensure the parfait stays thick.
In a tall glass or mason jar, spoon in half of the protein-infused yogurt mixture to create the first layer.
Add half of the mixed berries on top of the yogurt layer.
