PREPARATION
Heat a large non-stick skillet or wok over medium-high heat and add the diced pork shoulder, seasoning with sea salt and black pepper.
Cook the pork until golden brown and crispy on all sides, then remove from the pan and set aside on a paper towel-lined plate.
