15 grams Vanilla Whey Protein Isolate
1 cup Mixed Berries
2 tablespoons Sliced Almonds
1 tablespoon Chia Seeds
PREPARATION
Place the non-fat Greek yogurt in a small mixing bowl and add the vanilla protein powder.
Whisk the yogurt and protein powder together vigorously until the mixture is completely smooth and aerated.
Select a tall glass or mason jar and place half of the protein-yogurt mixture at the bottom.
Add a layer of half the mixed berries and sprinkle with half of the chia seeds.
Add the remaining yogurt mixture on top of the berry layer.
Top with the remaining berries, the rest of the chia seeds, and the sliced almonds.
