INGREDIENTS
1 cup Non-fat Greek Yogurt
8 grams Vanilla Whey Protein
1/2 cup Fresh Blueberries
1.5 tablespoons Slivered Almonds
1 teaspoon Chia Seeds
PREPARATION
In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the non-fat Greek yogurt and vanilla protein powder until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
Stir in the chia seeds and allow the mixture to rest for about two minutes so the seeds can begin to hydrate and thicken the yogurt.
Select a clear glass or mason jar and begin layering by adding half of the yogurt mixture to the bottom.
Add half of the fresh blueberries on top of the yogurt layer.
Repeat the process by adding the remaining yogurt mixture followed by the rest of the blueberries.
Garnish the top of the parfait with the slivered almonds and an optional pinch of cinnamon for a satisfyingly toasted finish.
