5g Chia Seeds
7g Walnuts
30ml Unsweetened Almond Milk
PREPARATION
Wash and hull the strawberries, reserving one for garnish.
In a blender or food processor, combine the Greek yogurt, protein powder, strawberries, and almond milk.
Pulse until the mixture is smooth and aerated into a mousse-like consistency.
Fold in the chia seeds and let sit for 5 minutes to thicken.
