PREPARATION
Soak the rice noodles in hot water for 8-10 minutes until al dente, then drain and set aside.
In a small bowl, whisk together the tamari, lime juice, fish sauce, honey, and red pepper flakes.
Heat the sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and sauté the minced garlic and shrimp until the shrimp are pink and opaque.
