PREPARATION
Slice the steak into thin strips and toss with chili powder, cumin, sea salt, and black pepper.
Heat 0.25 tbsp avocado oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and sear the steak strips until well browned.
Remove the steak from the pan and set aside on a plate.
