PREPARATION
Heat a large cast-iron skillet over medium-low heat.
Spread a thin layer of grass-fed ghee on one side of each bread slice.
Place one slice ghee-side down in the skillet and top with half the turkey and the cheddar cheese.
Place the second slice of bread on top, then layer with the remaining turkey and mozzarella cheese.
Top with the final slice of bread, ghee-side up, and sprinkle with garlic powder and dried oregano.
Cover and cook for 3-4 minutes until the bottom is golden brown, then carefully flip the entire sandwich.
