PREPARATION
Place the non-fat Greek yogurt in a small mixing bowl.
Sift in the cocoa powder and add the protein powder to prevent clumping.
Add the vanilla extract and stevia to the bowl.
Whisk vigorously or use a hand mixer until the mixture is completely smooth and airy.
Fold in half of the chia seeds and transfer to a serving dish.
