Add the ground turkey, smoked paprika, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the skillet, breaking the meat apart until fully browned.
Push the meat mixture to one side of the pan and pour the whisked eggs into the other side, scrambling them until just set and fluffy.
Mix the eggs and turkey together, then remove from heat.
Lay the tortilla flat, sprinkle the cheddar cheese in the center, and top with the warm turkey and egg mixture.
Fold the sides of the tortilla in and roll tightly to form a burrito.
Place the burrito seam-side down in the hot skillet for 1-2 minutes per side until the exterior is golden and crispy.
