Remove the skillet from heat and stir in the ricotta cheese and the cooked ziti until the pasta is evenly coated and creamy.
Transfer the mixture to a small baking dish and sprinkle the mozzarella cheese evenly over the top.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and begins to turn golden brown.
