Smoky Texas BBQ Beef Brisket
Slow-roasted lean beef brisket rubbed with aromatic spices and finished with a tangy apple cider vinegar mop for a melt-in-your-mouth texture.
INGREDIENTS
7 oz Lean beef brisket
1 tsp Smoked paprika
0.5 tsp Garlic powder
0.5 tsp Onion powder
0.25 tsp Sea salt
0.25 tsp Black pepper
0.13 tsp Cayenne pepper
1 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
1.5 cup Green beans
1 tsp Olive oil
PREPARATION
Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).
Mix paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and cayenne in a small bowl.
Rub the spice blend thoroughly over all sides of the beef brisket.
Place brisket in a baking dish, add apple cider vinegar to the bottom, and cover tightly with foil.
Roast for 3-4 hours until the meat is tender and easily pulls apart with a fork.
While the beef rests, toss green beans with olive oil and roast at 400°F for 12 minutes.
Slice the brisket against the grain and serve alongside the roasted green beans.
