INGREDIENTS
120g 2% Greek Yogurt
40g Fresh Strawberries
35g Fresh Blueberries
7g Sliced Almonds
1.5 tbsp Honey
PREPARATION
Place a small skillet over medium heat and add the sliced almonds.
Toast the almonds for 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently, until they are golden brown and fragrant.
Remove the almonds from the heat immediately to prevent burning and set aside.
In a serving bowl or glass, spoon in half of the Greek yogurt.
Layer on half of the fresh strawberries and blueberries.
Add the remaining Greek yogurt and the rest of the berries.
Drizzle the honey over the top and finish with the warm toasted almonds.
