PREPARATION
Drain the canned tuna thoroughly and place it into a medium mixing bowl.
Combine the tuna with Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, diced red onion, diced celery, sea salt, black pepper, and lemon juice until well incorporated.
Melt the ghee in a large skillet over medium heat until it begins to shimmer.
