Crispy Soy-Garlic Oven Chicken Thighs
Oven-roasted chicken thighs glazed in a savory soy-garlic reduction and served with charred broccoli for a satisfying crunch.
INGREDIENTS
8 oz Boneless skinless chicken thighs
1 tbsp Coconut aminos
1 tsp Toasted sesame oil
1 tsp Raw honey
2 cloves Garlic
1 tsp Fresh ginger
0.25 tsp Sea salt
0.25 tsp Black pepper
2 cups Broccoli florets
1 tsp Avocado oil
PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 425°F and line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a small bowl, whisk together the coconut aminos, toasted sesame oil, raw honey, minced garlic, and grated ginger to create the glaze.
Pat the chicken thighs dry with a paper towel and season both sides with sea salt and black pepper.
Place the broccoli florets on one side of the baking sheet, drizzle with avocado oil, and toss to coat evenly.
Arrange the chicken thighs on the other side of the sheet and brush them generously with half of the prepared soy-garlic glaze.
Roast for 15 minutes, then remove the pan to brush the remaining glaze onto the chicken.
Return to the oven for 8 to 10 more minutes until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F and the broccoli is tender with crispy, charred edges.
