250g Non-fat Greek Yogurt
6g Chocolate Whey Isolate
1 tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
18g 85% Dark Chocolate
1 tsp Monk Fruit Sweetener
PREPARATION
Place the Greek yogurt in a medium mixing bowl.
Sift in the cocoa powder and add the chocolate whey protein and monk fruit sweetener.
Whisk vigorously until the mixture is completely smooth and slightly aerated.
Finely chop the dark chocolate into small, uneven shards.
Fold half of the chocolate shards into the mousse and sprinkle the remaining half on top.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes to set before serving.
