0.5 cup Mixed Berries
20g Sliced Almonds
1 tsp Chia Seeds
PREPARATION
Place the Greek yogurt in a small mixing bowl.
Add the vanilla protein powder and stir vigorously until completely smooth and no clumps remain.
In a clean, dry pan over medium heat, lightly toast the sliced almonds for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
In a glass or jar, layer half of the protein-yogurt mixture at the bottom.
Top with half of the mixed berries and a sprinkle of chia seeds.
Add the remaining yogurt mixture followed by the rest of the berries.
Finish the parfait with the toasted almonds for a warm, nutty crunch.
