120g Mixed Berries

PREPARATION
In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the non-fat Greek yogurt and vanilla whey protein isolate until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
Rinse the mixed berries and pat them dry with a paper towel, slicing any larger strawberries into smaller pieces.
Select a serving glass or mason jar and place half of the protein-yogurt mixture at the bottom.
Add a layer of half the mixed berries and sprinkle with half of the chia seeds.
