PREPARATION
Season the cooked sliced chicken breast with sea salt and black pepper.
Lightly brush the exterior of each sourdough bread slice with the extra virgin olive oil.
On the un-oiled side of one slice, layer the sliced chicken, fresh mozzarella cheese, tomato slices, and fresh basil leaves.
Place the second slice of bread on top with the oiled side facing outward.
