PREPARATION
In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the non-fat Greek yogurt and vanilla protein powder until the mixture is smooth and the powder is fully incorporated.
Place half of the yogurt mixture into the bottom of a tall glass or serving bowl to create the base layer.
Add half of the mixed berries on top of the yogurt layer.
Repeat with the remaining yogurt mixture and top with the rest of the berries.
Sprinkle the sliced almonds over the top for a crunchy finish and serve immediately.
