0.5 scoop Vanilla Whey Protein Powder
1 cup Mixed Berries
1.5 tablespoons Slivered Almonds
PREPARATION
Place the nonfat Greek yogurt in a small mixing bowl and add the vanilla protein powder.
Stir vigorously until the protein powder is completely dissolved and the yogurt is smooth and creamy.
In a tall glass or mason jar, spoon in half of the yogurt mixture to form the base layer.
Add half of the mixed berries on top of the yogurt layer.
