PREPARATION
Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
Mince the garlic and combine it in a small bowl with the extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, and dried oregano.
Season the salmon fillet and asparagus spears evenly with the sea salt and black pepper.
Brush half of the prepared lemon-herb marinade over the salmon and the remaining half over the asparagus spears.
Place the salmon on the grill, skin-side down, and cook for 4 to 5 minutes.
