INGREDIENTS
200g Non-fat Greek Yogurt
10g Vanilla Whey Protein Isolate
100g Mixed Berries
1.5 tbsp Almond Butter
1 tbsp Hemp Hearts
PREPARATION
In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt and vanilla protein powder until the mixture is completely smooth and fluffy.
If using frozen berries, thaw them slightly; if using fresh, wash and pat them dry.
In a tall glass or mason jar, spoon half of the protein-infused yogurt into the bottom.
Top the yogurt layer with half of the mixed berries and half of the hemp hearts.
Add the remaining yogurt mixture as the next layer, followed by the rest of the berries.
Drizzle the almond butter over the top and finish with a final sprinkle of hemp hearts.
