INGREDIENTS
1.25 cups Non-fat Plain Greek Yogurt
10 grams Vanilla Whey Protein Isolate
1 cup Mixed Berries
25 grams Sliced Almonds
PREPARATION
Place the Greek yogurt in a small mixing bowl and stir in the vanilla protein powder until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
Spoon half of the protein yogurt mixture into the bottom of a glass or mason jar.
Top the yogurt layer with half of the fresh mixed berries.
