Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a small baking sheet with parchment paper.
Finely dice the yellow onion and mince the garlic clove.
In a mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, egg, almond flour, diced onion, minced garlic, sea salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika.
Gently mix the ingredients by hand until just combined, being careful not to overwork the meat.
Shape the mixture into a compact loaf on the prepared baking sheet.
Wrap the two slices of sugar-free bacon over the top and sides of the loaf, tucking the ends underneath.
Bake for 25 minutes, then remove from the oven and brush the top generously with the sugar-free BBQ sauce.
Return the loaf to the oven and bake for another 10-15 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
While the meatloaf finishes, steam the green beans until tender-crisp, about 5-7 minutes.
Turn the oven to broil for the last 2 minutes to caramelize the BBQ glaze until bubbly.
Let the meatloaf rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving alongside the steamed green beans.
