0.75 cup Cooked Brown Rice
1.5 cups Green Beans
1.5 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 cloves Garlic
PREPARATION
Pat the salmon fillet dry and season with salt and pepper.
Heat half of the olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
Place salmon in the pan skin-side down and sear until the skin is crispy.
Flip the salmon and cook until desired doneness is reached then remove from pan.
In the same skillet add the remaining oil and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.
Add the green beans to the skillet and cook until tender-crisp.
