Stir in the minced garlic, sea salt, black pepper, and dried oregano, cooking for 1 minute until fragrant.
Pour in the tomato sauce and simmer for 5 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
Combine the cooked pasta with the meat sauce in a small oven-safe baking dish.
Dollop the ricotta cheese over the top and gently swirl it into the pasta mixture.
Sprinkle with shredded mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
Bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Garnish with fresh chopped basil before serving.
