10g Vanilla Whey Protein Powder
1 cup Mixed Berries
20g Sliced Almonds

PREPARATION
In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt and vanilla protein powder until the mixture is smooth and the powder is fully incorporated.
Rinse the mixed berries and pat them dry with a paper towel to prevent the parfait from becoming watery.
In a tall glass or mason jar, spoon in half of the protein-yogurt mixture to form the base layer.
Add half of the mixed berries on top of the yogurt, followed by a sprinkle of the chia seeds.
Repeat the process by adding the remaining yogurt mixture and the rest of the berries.
Finish the parfait by scattering the sliced almonds over the top for a fresh and nutty texture.
