INGREDIENTS
130g Non-fat Greek Yogurt
1/2 medium Banana, sliced
1/4 cup Rolled Oats
1 tsp Honey
1 tbsp Chopped Walnuts
PREPARATION
Toast the rolled oats in a dry skillet over medium heat for 3-5 minutes until they become fragrant and golden brown.
Slice the half banana into thin, even rounds.
In a small glass or dessert bowl, spoon in half of the Greek yogurt as the base layer.
Add a layer using half of the sliced bananas and half of the toasted oats.
Repeat the process by adding the remaining Greek yogurt and the rest of the banana slices.
